Currently, eleven states plus the District of Columbia allow same sex marriage.

Nevada Marriage Laws: What the State Constitution says…

Only a marriage between a male and female person shall be recognized and given effect in this state. Nevada Constitution, Article I, Section 21

    i live in las vegas nd i asked my girlfriend to merry me nd our family r here in vegas now we hve to travole some other state inoder for us to get merried wow…………… i hate this

    A woman can sell her body in Nevada but a marriage between a man and a man or a woman and a woman is out of the question?

    Nevada does, however, allow domestic partnerships between any two adults, regardless of gender. Its not a same sex marriage but some benefits such as survivorship, insurance, real estate are recognized under state law.
