A woman can sell her body in Nevada but a marriage between a man and a man or a woman and a woman is out of the question?
Nevada does, however, allow domestic partnerships between any two adults, regardless of gender. Its not a same sex marriage but some benefits such as survivorship, insurance, real estate are recognized under state law.
nevada has drive through marriages yet we cant have same sex marriages? ugh. marriage isnt supposed to be this unreachable.
